Ramadan dua day 29

Here are some Ramadan dua day 29 of the most beautiful and commonly recited Ramadan duas (supplications), drawn from authentic sources like hadith collections (e.g., Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi). I've included the Arabic text, transliteration, and English translation for easy learning and recitation. These cover key moments like starting the fast, breaking the fast (iftar), Laylatul Qadr, and general Ramadan blessings.

1. Dua for Intention at Suhoor (Before Dawn, to Start Fasting)

Transliteration: Wa bisawmi ghadin nawaiytu min shahri Ramadan

Translation: I intend to fast tomorrow in the month of Ramadan.

2. Dua When Breaking the Fast (Iftar Dua – Very Rewarded Moment)

: Dhahabadh-dhama’u wabtallatil ‘urooqu wa thabatal ajru in shaa Allah

The thirst is gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is certain, if Allah wills.

Another beautiful version:

Transliteration: Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu wa ‘ala rizqika aftartu

Translation: O Allah, for You I have fasted, in You I have believed, upon You I have relied, and with Your provision I break my fast.

 3. Famous Dua for Laylatul Qadr (Especially in the Last 10 Nights)

Transliteration: Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa‘fu ‘anni

Translation: O Allah, You are the Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.

(This is highly recommended by the Prophet ﷺ for Laylatul Qadr—recite it abundantly!)

Transliteration: Allahumma ahillahu ‘alayna bil-amni wal-imani was-salamati wal-Islam, Rabbi wa Rabbuk Allah, hilalu rushdin wa khayr

Translation: O Allah, make it rise upon us with security, faith, safety, and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah. A moon of guidance and goodness.

5. General Ramadan Duas for Mercy, Forgiveness & Acceptance

- For the first 10 days (focus on mercy):

Arabic: رَبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Transliteration: Rabbi ighfir warham wa anta khayrur-raahimeen

Translation: My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of those who show mercy.

Ramadan is the month where duas are especially accepted—particularly at iftar, in sujood, and in the last third of the night. Make your supplications sincere, personal, and abundant. May Allah accept your fasts, forgive your sins, and grant you Laylatul Qadr. Ramadan Mubarak, Ramadan dua day 29

29th Ramadan Nawafil

29th Ramadan Nawafil

29th Ramadan Nawafil

The 29th night of Ramadan (the night before the 29th day, or potentially the final night if Ramadan ends on the 30th) holds special significance as one of the odd-numbered nights in the last ten days. According to authentic hadith (e.g., from Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim), the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) advised seeking Laylatul Qadr (the Night of Power/Decree) specifically in the odd nights of the last ten: 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, and 29th.

Laylatul Qadr is described in the Quran (Surah Al-Qadr) as better than a thousand months, and its exact date is hidden to encourage continuous worship throughout these nights. Many Muslims intensify ibadah (worship) on this night, including nawafil (voluntary prayers), Quran recitation, dhikr, dua, istighfar, and charity.

Nawafil and Practices for the 29th Night

1. 4 Rak'ats Nawafil (2 sets of 2 rak'ats each)

   - In each rak'at: After Surah Al-Fatihah, recite Surah Al-Qadr (إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ) once + Surah Al-Ikhlas (قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدُ) three times.

After completing the salah: Recite Surah Al-Inshirah (Alam Nashrah - سورة الشرح) 70 times (or sometimes 27 times in variations).

  2. Another set of 4 Rak'ats Nawafil (2 sets of 2 rak'ats each)

   - In each rak'at: After Surah Al-Fatihah, recite Surah Al-Qadr once +Surah Al-Ikhlas five times.

    - Pray extra Tahajjud (night prayer) in as many rak'ats as you can manage.

   - Recite Surah Al-Waqi'ah (سورة الواقعة) 7 times — believed by some to increase rizq (provision).

   - Make abundant istighfar (e.g., Astaghfirullah 100 times or more).

   - Recite Surah Al-Qadr multiple times (some suggest 7, 21, or more).

   - Perform abundant dhikr, dua (especially the dua: "Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni" — O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me), and Salawat.

These practices come from devotional guides and traditions (often South Asian/Indian subcontinent sources like "Shab-e-Qadr nawafil" collections), and while not all have direct sahih hadith chains for the exact format on the 29th, they align with the general Sunnah of increasing voluntary worship, Quran, and supplication in these blessed nights.

May Allah accept your efforts, grant you Laylatul Qadr if it's tonight, forgive your sins, and bless you immensely. Ameen. Ramadan Mubarak!
